GRAND OPENING! On Friday, October 30, we will open our doors at our new retail location at the Town Square Mall (#107) in Port Orchard! To start, our hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday each week. As business builds we will likely move to seven days a week but that will depend on store traffic and how much need we see in the community for that. Come on by and say hi to us, look at our array of products and bring your questions! There is something for everyone and as we have a separate off-site inventory storage location, if we are out of something or you don't see it, please ASK! In many cases, we can get it for you within a day, or even hours!

RETAIL STORE UPDATE: We are largely set up and ready to go. Today was my target opening day but we missed it for several reasons. We now are waiting on our occupational certificate and then we can open. Hopefully by next weekend. I'll be at the store much of this weekend (including today) working to get things up and displayed properly, tagged correctly, setting up the cash/card checkout systems, etc. :)

We are now offering nucs for the 2027 season. Last year, I encouraged eveyone to order early to help us better estimate the total number we need and also to make sure you don't miss it - because about three dozen people came to me later asking for nucs and it was too late.

We are CLOSING our existing store effective immediately as we are moving to a larger retail location in Port Orchard's Town Square Mall. This does not in any way affect the website or order fulfillment. We will still honor existing commitments we have to some who are scheduled to pick up honey or other orders from the existing store, but the store itself will not be available to the public on weekends as usual. When we move, we will be open five days a week and once we get settled in, we may shoot for seven days a week!

We now have kid-sized beesuits in stock! They have not been added to the website yet, so just let me know if you need one! Priced the same as adult suits. Many of you have asked for them!

We are adding more and more inventory as we slide through the dearth and into winter prep. We have Formic Pro, oxalic acid, vaporizers (wand and fancy electric), mouseguards, new Anel poly hives, bee escape boards and more!

We are now working with at least one freight company and probably another (I'll know this Friday) which means we will be able to ship large, heavy items like AZ Hives, Layens hives, etc. Freight is not cheap but it's become a part of life and business, so if you need one hive delivered, you might as well have four delivered to make it worthwhile. I know this doesn't apply to most of you but I've had to turn away a lot of good business because I didn't have this option ... so now I do. It will also come in handy for commercial beeks or others who need 10 Apimaye hives, etc. ... that kind of scenario. I will also give a bit of a discount on the larger orders. Stay tuned!

We now carry Shamrock OA Vaporizers (battery powered!) for convenience and portability, Apimaye OA adapters for safe treament, Certan for wax moth protection, insulated tops and bottoms for langstoth hives (8- or 10-frame), Varroxsan for mite control, Anel fully insulated beehive kits, mouseguards, robber screens and more! Today we are offering a free honey tasting at our Port Orchard location from 1 to 3 p.m.! Come sample some delicious honeys and help us decide which varieties we should carry in our store!
We have several large shipments heading to our shop, including a large variety of beekeeping accessories from BeeSmart, including insulated tops, bottoms, feeders and more. Those items will be posted online once product arrives and is put into our inventory system.
We also have several large pallets of Apimaye insulated hives that should arrive near the end of the first week of August. But we still have plenty in stock to serve you now.
