Refund policy

Items picked up locally may be returned if in the exact same condition as they were on pickup - unopened, not damaged, etc.

Shipped items may be returned at buyer's expense provided they are in the exact same condition as they were on arrival.  Refunds (original price and any shipping fees paid at the time of order) will be given after product condition is evaluated and may be reduced if product is not resellable. Return shipping is not reimbursed.  In some cases, we may provide prepaid shipping for your return but these are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. And also on all cancelled items that were prepaid or secured with a deposit.
