NUC Pickup instructions

LOCATION: 11861 Ranch Drive SW, Port Orchard

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY AND TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND ORDERLY PICKUP EXPERIENCE! Please respect neighborhood access to the street and driveways.

TRAFFIC FLOW MAP:

1) Turn north onto Ranch Drive from SW Lake Helena Road

2) If there is a line forming, continue down the road and turn around in the cul-de-sac

3) Park and wait in line on the west side of the road opposite of our property

4) As the line moves forward, enter the property through the NON-GATED entrance. It will be the one to the left.

5) Go around the circle (there are beehives there, roll up your windows. :)

6) You will pick up your nuc(s) beneath the covered distribution building

7) Exit the property through the gated entrance. Easy peasy!

IF THERE IS NO LINE WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

If there is no line on the side of the street opposite our entrance, you can drive into the non-gated entrance (the one on the left of the main entrance). 

Drive around the circle and pull into and through the distribution building.

IF YOU HAVE ALSO MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT (BEE HIVE):
You may enter through the gated half of the entrance (on the right) and park in front of the house garage. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS, PLEASE.

Following these simple rules will prevent bottlenecks or trapped vehicles. If you arrive at a busy time, be prepared to wait in line a bit. We will distribute nucs as fast and as safely as possible but understand it can take folk some time to secure their nuc(s) and exit.
