When we are out of the seasonal honey we produce, we buy many gallons of honey from other beekeepers in the local area, or out of the area if need be. All honey is carefully evaluated for proper moisture content before bottling.

We generally sell these different blends pretty quickly, so I'm already looking ahead to what kind of regional honey to bring in next. Exciting stuff. Stay tuned!
