We brought this honey in from North Carolina as we like to offer different varieties to our customers. Great for allergy relief if you are allergic to the types of flowers that grow there but just good honey for the rest of us. A unique smoky taste, different that the clover/blackberry blends we get here at Kitsap Beekeeping. Definitely worth a try if you are a honey afficionado... I can personally attest that it's great in coffee, or on your pastries!
